SMG MENA’s Cristina Charles Sends Locks of Love Home to the U.S.

As the director of Business Development at SMG MENA, Cristina Charles is used to dedicating a lot of her time to work—especially around the time of pitches. However, it’s the time she dedicates to work outside of the office that really defines her spirit of giving.

Since the age of 14, Cristina has been involved with Locks of Love, a non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the US and Canada with medical hair loss. She chops off her hair every now and again and then donates it to the organization. Even after moving from SMG’s New York City office to Dubai in 2007, she still manages to send her tresses back to the States on a regular basis.
